Ricky’s career began in the construction field working on sites when he was just 17 years old. After receiving his Civil Engineering Technology Diploma from NBCC College, he gained valuable experience holding various challenging positions in the civil engineering consulting and construction sectors:

• Construction/Loss Appraiser (4 yrs)
• Carpenter/Drywall Installer (8 yrs)
• Contract Specialist (2 yrs)
• Project Manager (residential, commercial and industrial (6 yrs)

His education, work experience, and passion for helping people laid an ideal base for his transition into the area of Home Inspection in 2001. From there, his expertise has expanded into various specialized services to further enhance his reputation as a reputable consultant.

Ricky has successfully completed all of the courses and practical training required by InterNACHI to perform home inspections. His technical training includes home inspection and related courses taken.
